1. The promoter is: Rain Bird Corporation whose registered office is at 6991 E Southpoint Rd, Tucson AZ 85756.
2. The offer is available in the United States and can only be requested by someone aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
4. By submitting the promotional form, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per golf course. Multiple entries from the same course will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be March 3, 2021. After this date the no further entries will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. To enter and be qualified for the promotion you must fill out the form and comply with each item listed on the form.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate promotion details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with these promotions.
12. The prize is as follows:
- IC Demo: Free demo of the one of a kind IC System
- Free rotor sample: 1 free rotor and can be of any Rain Bird Golf series electric or block rotors.
- Pump Health Check: A Rain Bird representative will come and examine the installed pump station and provide an assessment of the pump stations health.
13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. Any personal data relating to the promotions and entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
19. Rain Bird Corporation shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
20. Rain Bird Corporation also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
21. Entry into the promotions will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
