What is included in the conference cost?

Rain Bird Factory Trained classes:

  • Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, Friday all day, and Saturday morning

Is airfare included?

  • Airfare is not included in this package.

How do I get my flights to Cancun, Mexico?

You can book your airfare on your own, or you can use your Rewards points.

When using Rewards points please work directly with Bon Voyage Travel.

  • The cost of your airfare will be added to our Master Account, and we will deduct points to pay for the cost of your travel.

    • Bon Voyage Travel charges $50 per person/per ticket

    • Please call Shelby at Bon Voyage at (520) 232-5561 between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday – Friday (MST) to book your flights.

Which airport shall I use?

Please fly into Cancun International Airport, Mexico (CUN). 

Where are we staying in the Riviera Maya, Mexico?

Fairmont Mayakoba resort.

How far is the resort from the airport? 

Approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

How many people are allowed in a sleeping room?

One Contractor Level adult registration needs to be in each room. The maximum in each room is four (4) people (including adults and children).

Will you have excursions this year?

Yes, we will have several fabulous excursions this year. You can find more information on those excursions on the registration website. All excursions will be offered for an additional fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Before September 2, 2025 – Registered guests may cancel their reservations with no penalty 

September 2 to October 1, 2025, customers may cancel; a $2,000 per person cancellation fee will apply. 

Beginning October 2, 2025, no refunds will be given for cancellations 

I can't register right now. Can I register later?

Due to the popularity of this event, we recommend you register as soon as possible. If you wait too long, we may run out of rooms at the resort.

I don't have enough points in my account at this time. What are my options?

We ask all contractors to pay for their registration before attending.
If you do not have enough points in your account, you can cover the difference using a credit card.

How do I pay for the conference?

You can pay with points or with a credit card – or a combination of both.

Pay with points: when you register, the points will be deducted from your account.

Pay with a credit card: the registration site will instruct you on how to pay.

You will have 2 weeks to pay for the conference in full.

Can I bring my family?

We welcome your whole family!

Can I register for extra rooms and bring my employees?

Yes! We welcome your entire team.  

Remember, one person in each room will need to register as a “contractor”.

Are you offering training classes this year?

Yes, more information about Rain Bird Training opportunities will be available soon.


Classes are open to contractors who have registered for the conference and are paying the (full) Contractor registration fee price. Contractors are allowed to register for one class until all contractors have had a chance to register.
