HOST, JACK HANNA’S ANIMAL ADVENTURES
In partnership with Rain Bird Corp., Jack Hanna,
Director Emeritus of Columbus Zoological Gardens and
popular host of Jack Hanna's Animal Adventures, is
dedicated to spreading the importance of environmental
awareness and water conservation throughout the world.
Hanna began to receive national attention after
he became Director of the Columbus Zoo in Columbus,
Ohio in 1978. He not only transformed the zoo into
a model facility, but he also made the Columbus Zoo
a household name.
WALTER CRAWFORD
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR, WORLD BIRD SANCTUARY
Walter has teamed up with Rain Bird Corp. to build
awareness for water conservation, and preservation
of endangered species.
Walter started the St. Louis, Missouri sanctuary
(then known as the Raptor Rehabilitation and Research
Project) in 1977 with five birds; today, his organization
combines rehabilitation, education, breeding and field
studies for more than 500 eagles, vultures, owls
and hawks.
