control systems, offers a Global Support Plan (GSP) designed
to provide priority technical support, training, and hardware
replacement exclusively for subscribing Rain Bird central
control system users.
A 1-year GSP is included with your purchase of a Maxicom2
Central Control System. Following that first year, three support
plan renewal lengths are offered. Select the coverage plan
that best suits your needs - 5 years, 3 years, or 1 year.

Toll-Free Support - 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(PST) normal business days. Rain Bird's support engineers
are just a toll-free call away to answer questions and resolve
central control issues.
pcANYWHERE Remote System Diagnostics
- allows support engineers to remotely access your central
control system when issues can not be resolved over the
phone.
Extended Warranty - on Rain Bird central
control hardware begins when your original warranty period
is over. The Central Control Support Plan extended warranty
covers the Rain Bird central controller, central control
software, Cluster Control Unit, Site Satellite Controllers,
FREEDOM™ system repeater, and printer (when purchased
from Rain Bird).
24-Hour Hardware Replacement* - ensures
that if any Rain Bird central control hardware component
covered under the Central Control Support Plan warranty
becomes inoperable, a loaner will be shipped to your site
within 24 hours.
Future Upgrades to Maxicom2 at No
Charge - Free future software service pack releases
to keep your system current with the latest Maxicom2
features.
Training Credits – Support Plan
renewals come with Training Credits, either $500 (1-yr),
$750 (3-yr) or $1000 (5-yr), to apply towards Central Control
training at the state-of-the-art Rain Bird training facility
in Tucson, Arizona.
Incidence and Other Support - Additionally,
If you do not purchase a GSP, Rain Bird offers Telephone
Support and Services which are charged per incident, as
well as On-Site Support charged on an hourly or daily basis.
