With a large, backlit, 16-character liquid crystal display (LCD) panel and 48 light emitting diodes (LEDs), the MSC+ is very easy to read no matter what the lighting conditions. Seventeen large, raised control buttons with colorful, descriptive icons make programming easy—even for the novice. Unlike many other systems, the MSC+ allows you to assign the location of each station for quick and easy reference. Lights indicate active schedules and central control status while the “COPY PASTE” function eliminates unnecessary duplication of programming commands. An angled keypad further aids visibility and facilitates water drainage.

Expanded Features Offer Unmatched Watering Precision

The MSC+ Controller allows you to program eight automatic schedules, one manual schedule and up to 48 single-station schedules. The system also allows you to operate more than one schedule at the same time. With the MSC+ you can run 16 solenoids simultaneously in 60 Hz applications—the highest maximum of any controller. The station run-time log also thoroughly documents all station activity.

The “smart-system” diagnostics of the MSC+ reduce costly downtime and alleviate much of the troubleshooting with built-in diagnostics. The system allows you to easily isolate any problem between the main control unit and the external interface board for quick repairs. With advanced sensor management, the MSC+ Controller detects electronic overloads before they occur and automatically corrects for the conditions that cause them. Modular Configuration Allows Easy Expansion

The MSC+ Controller has a flexible, modular design. The MSC+ has two base configurations, 16 stations and 32 stations that can be easily upgraded to 48 stations in 8-station increments. By simply adding 8-station output station modules (OSM and OSM-S) you can expand your MSC+ Controller capabilities to accommodate 24, 32, 40 or 48 stations.

Universal Performance Simplifies Installation And Operation

The intuitive MSC+ Controller reduces installation and training hassles with its many universal features. For quick electrical hook ups, the system automatically senses and adjusts for either 50 Hz or 60 Hz current; while one transformer accommodates 100V/120V, 220V or 230/240V. The MSC+ Controller also displays system activities and accepts user input in eight different languages. The icon-driven controls and multilingual display eliminate confusion and translation problems.
