TOUGH PEDESTALS FOR SATELLITE CONTROLLERS

22, 2006) - Culminating two years of research
in a new manufacturing process that's involved rigorous
performance testing, Rain Bird Golf is pleased to introduce
a new plastic pedestal for its line of golf satellite
controllers. In addition, users of Rain Bird Golf's
PAR+ES line of controllers also have the option of purchasing
this pedestal in a new green color.
Designed to withstand the tough conditions
encountered on golf courses, Rain Bird Golf's new plastic
pedestal ensures superior quality to protect and shield Rain
Bird's satellite controllers - the fundamental tools that
keep irrigation systems running at maximum efficiency. Benefits
of the new plastic pedestal include a durable design that
has withstood the most rigorous industry-standard tests and
exceptional accessibility to all Rain Bird satellite controller
components and wiring to ensure easy installation and troubleshooting. The
new plastic pedestal also contains the same bolt pattern
and embedded bolts as Rain Bird's previous pedestal model,
which eliminates the need to pour new concrete during course
renovation projects.
Users of Rain Bird's PAR+ES satellite controllers
also have the option of selecting a new green pedestal color
that is manufactured to the same resilient standards as its
grey counterpart. Rain Bird is the only company in
the golf irrigation industry that gives its customers a choice
in pedestal colors without added cost and delivery lead time.
