XCZ-150-PRB-COM Commercial highest flow kit includes
a 1 1/2"
in-line
scrubber valve and two pressure regulating quick check basket filters.
This is the highest flow control zone kit on the market
for large commercial drip zones. The complete kit comes pre-taped
and partially pre-assembled and takes less
than 2 minutes to complete the assembly. The kit includes
a 1 1/2” PESB “Scrubber” Valve,
two 1” Pressure Regulating Quick
Check Basket Filters, one TEE, two elbows and instructions.
The PESB valve provides
a patented scrubbing action, making this kit ideal for
dirty water applications. The Quick Check Basket Filters
have a
clear indicator that goes from red to green, telling you
when to clean the filter. This reduces maintenance by taking
the guesswork out of filter inspection. The threaded top
on the filter makes it easy to remove and clean the stainless
steel screen.

Pressure Loss Chart
In order to supply 40 psi (2,8 bars) outlet
pressure, additional pressure is needed at the inlet since
there is some pressure loss from water flowing through the
kit. The amount of pressure loss depends on the flowrate.
The charts below list the minimum inlet pressure required
to supply 40 psi (2,8 bars) of outlet pressure.
