  • How do I get warranty support?
Possible Solution

If your system was professionally installed, your first step should be to contact your installer. They will know the steps to take in order to repair or replace Rain Bird parts that are under warranty.

If you are unable to contact the installer, or have installed the system yourself, please call us toll free at (800) RAIN BIRD (1-800-724-6247) Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM PST and one of our technicians will be happy to assist you.

All Rain Bird products come with a -1, 3-, or 5-Year Customer Satisfaction Policy. You may be asked to locate the date code on the product, or for a purchase receipt, to determine whether your product is currently under warranty. Please review the documents below to help you locate the date code:
