New Products

ESP-LXD Two-Wire Decoder Controller: Decoder-based control is often the best choice for sites being developed in multiple phases and other commercial applications that require easy expansion and lower installation costs. With easier programming and troubleshooting, less wire, less cost and less labor, Rain Bird’s ESP-LXD is a flexible, efficient controller that provides a cost-effective solution for commercial clients.

Landscape Irrigation & Maintenance Remote (LIMR): With the LIMR wireless controller remote, one contractor can do maintenance tasks like winterization without having to walk back and forth from the controller to the irrigation site. This lowers business operating costs by requiring fewer employees to handle the service call and decreasing the total amount of time spent at a jobsite.

XFS Subsurface Dripline: Because it’s buried underground, XFS Subsurface Dripline is unaffected by wind, evaporation or vandalism, effectively using 30 to 70 percent less water than overhead sprays. XFS provides a much-needed option for the growing number of communities that have passed legislation limiting the use of overhead sprays near buildings and hardscapes.

WR2 Rain and Rain/Freeze Sensor: The WR2 automatically senses and measures both rain and cold temperatures to prevent unnecessary irrigation, saving water and reducing wear on irrigation system components. By installing the WR2 and helping customers use 35 percent less water, contractors can solidify their reputations as water management experts and discover additional revenue opportunities.

This interactive grant program will present over $50,000 in grants to deserving water conservation and environmental sustainability projects worldwide in March 2011.
