I enjoy working at Rain Bird because it is a fast paced environment in an exciting industry that is dedicated to the intelligent use of the planet’s limited water resources. Rain Bird has highly motivated and skilled employees that are passionate about their work. Whenever I have questions about business processes, there are always knowledgeable coworkers across the company I can contact to get answers.

Rain Bird provides opportunities to its employees to learn and succeed in areas that are new to them. I am a biologist by training, but here at Rain Bird I oversee a team of business analysts that keep our distribution and manufacturing information systems running!

How has working for Rain Bird benefited your career growth?
Working at Rain Bird has exposed me to a wide breadth of areas. I started my career at Rain Bird as a warehouse supervisor, and then joined the information systems team where I was introduced to ERP systems. Implementing projects strategic to the corporation has provided me with opportunities to work with many departments and learn how they contribute to the company’s success.

What are the most important traits to be successful at Rain Bird?
