RAIN BIRD LAUNCHES NEW
CONTRACTOR BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER
Features the Latest Business and Product News Exclusively for Rain Bird Rewards Program Members
AZUSA, Calif. (June 2, 2009) --After spending most of their days out in the field, landscape and irrigation contractors often find themselves with limited time to research new products, business strategies and training opportunities. In order to help contractors conveniently find business and irrigation related information, Rain Bird has launched an informative new online Contractor Business Resource Center on its Web site.
Exclusively available to members of Rain Bird's Rewards Program, the Contractor Business Resource Center offers information on a wide variety of topics, from general business articles and webinars to Rain Bird product news and technical updates. The resource center also covers irrigation industry-specific training and certification and water conservation programs and legislation. The resource center will be updated regularly with new content, keeping it both educational and relevant.
According to Shelly Glandon, associate marketing program manager for the Rain Bird Rewards Program, the Contractor Business Resource Center is designed to help contractors easily access the information they need for continued success.
"At Rain Bird, we understand that there are many challenges associated with running a successful business," Glandon said. "We designed the Contractor Business Resource with that in mind. Our goal is to include the type of information contractors will find useful, all within an online source that they can quickly access with just a few clicks of their mouse."
To access the Contractor Business Resource Center, Rain Bird Rewards Program members can simply log into their Rewards account at www.rainbird.com/rewards. After logging in, clicking on the link to the Contractor Business Resource Center gives contractors full access to the information within. While the resource center is only available to Rain Bird Rewards Program members, signing up for Rain Bird Rewards is free and easy.
"Contractors who aren't currently Rewards members can simply click on the 'Enroll Today' link to sign up for the program," Glandon said. "After providing the necessary sign-up information, they're ready to not only access the Contractor Resource Center, but also start earning points toward a number of valuable rewards when they purchase Rain Bird products."
The Rain Bird Contractor Business Resource Center is just one example of the company's ongoing dedication to providing its customers with the most-up-to-date irrigation industry news and information.
